Scope of Work

Unisan was approached by the district administration to update the flooring both within the auditorium, on the stage stairways, and in the auditorium entryways to provide durable new aesthetically-pleasing floor coverings throughout the space to continue the quality of experience for all users for years to come.

Our flooring team removed all existing flooring without disturbing the existing rows of flip-up seating, completed the necessary floor prep for the bleacher-type seating at the back of the auditorium, and carefully cut in the alternating angled carpeting between the ends of each row of seating on the main floor.  This was a challenging installation as the auditorium aisles have a dual-angle, where the patterned broadloom carpeting seams together.

The Unisan flooring crew did a great job getting these seams to make the broadloom look like a single piece of floorcovering. The district administration said they were impressed with the amount of work done in the allowed timeframe, and were pleased with the quality of the installation.
